Everywhere you turn these days all your hear is Dubstep!
Wobbleboss VSTi is soon to be 2013's hottest, newest, & dirtiest way to produce:
Dubstep beats, Hip Hop beats, Trance/EDM beats & more.
So is DUBSTEP DEAD?
Not according to the amount of new artists, DJ's, producers, tracks, and
sub-genres popping out like toast around the world - the DUB vibe is
not only alive and well, but thriving like a mofo! We feel it's just
starting to take shape and the amount of amazing music still to come is
exponential.
Not to mention the money in this genre is attractive to labels and
promoters as it pulls huge crowds and the shows are usually quite pricey
- as it should be for good entertainment imo...
YOU - want to be a front runner - or at least get your feet wet with
this but either have no clue where to start or you're sick of the stale
same old wubwubs everyone else is using. That's why WobbleBOSS was born -
to give pretty much anyone with a DAW/VSThost the chance to produce
amazing dub vibes and not be shy about how they made them!
So what is WOBBLEBOSS?
To be short and sweet, it’s basically a diverse collection of custom made Dubstep and Electro samples in various lengths, all compiled into an easy to use VST/AU and you get the raw wav's with it as well so you can dump the samples into your own sampler.
There are 5 sweet collections of totally tricked out samples
that go from traditional to out of this world chops. It’s called
WobbleBossS because it does just that – often times you’ll find that one
bank of sounds (up to 8 and sometimes 10 octaves deep) is enough to
give your tune a LOT of boost and changeups – mix 2-3 layers of
WobbleBoss kits together and you have diversity at its best, total
custom unique arrangements every time.
You also get all five collections as easy to use 16-24bit
wav sample collections where each kit is grouped into a folder of
approx 100 samples. Perfect to line them up in your EXS sampler in
logic, or your various PC samplers – it also comes with a few extra
VST’s and one is in fact a sampler that you can load the sample folders
into (these are for PC however on MAC it’s just as easy to lay out the
samples in the EXS Sampler and a quick YouTube
search will show you easy step by step tutorials on how to use any
sounds on your mac as a midi bank on your keys or your computer keyboard
if you don’t have a controller.
In total there are over 1000 samples all in different
styles and all recorded at 140bpm (or 135-145). Just like any VSTi
channel in your DAW - you can also start adding various effects,
mastering, limiting etc to the WobbleBoss layer to get the most out of
it. The interface also has your standard reverb, panning, pitch, lfo’s
and glide etc.
If its drums you're looking for then dont worry, there is also a healthy
amount of drum samples that come with this from MasterProducers.com
(it's not even taking orders yet and this batch hasn't been to market
yet so these are fresh!!) which are nicely layered however they are NOT
really dubstep type big snares and huge flat kicks etc. They are a
collection of various genres (mostly urban, and house/electronic) that
you can use as additional layers or as leads with a new flavor to your
dubstep/electro. The focus here is the wobbles and effects however you
can never have enough drums – these also come in the .wav collections.
